Badge Access	Saturday Move-In: All exhibitors and contractors must enter the facility through the Loading Docks. All individuals will be required to provide a government ID to register with the Convention Center. Sunday - Tuesday Move-In: All individuals with official TRE Exhibitor badges must pick up their badge at Registration in the Lobby and may then enter via the Hall 3 entrance. Any contractors or labor without official TRE Badges must access via the Loading Docks.
Exhibit Move-In Hours	The Running Event will utilize a targeted Move-In Schedule Saturday, November 29 12:00 pm – 5:00 PM: Large Mobile Spot & Booths 400 sq ft or Larger Sunday, November 30 8:00 am – 5:00 PM: All Booths Monday, December 1 8:00 am – 5:00 PM: All Booths Tuesday, December 2 7:00 am – 5:00 PM: All Booths EXHIBITS MUST BE MOVED IN & SET UP BY TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2 AT 5:00 PM
Registration Hours	Sunday, November 30 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday, December 1 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday, December 2 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday, December 3 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday, December 4 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Exhibit Hours	Wednesday, December 3 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM Thursday, December 4 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM No exhibit can be removed in whole or in part prior to the close of the show at 4:00pm Thursday, December 04. NOTE:* Badged Exhibitors have access to the exhibit hall at 7am to clean, organize, and prepare each morning.

Exhibit Dismantle	Thursday December 04, 2025 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM* Friday December 05, 2025 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Exhibitors are not allowed to break down or remove any part of their exhibit, display material or merchandise from the exhibit floor prior to the official show close at 4:00 PM on Thursday. Please arrange your travel plans accordingly. * Please have carriers check-in by 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 04, 2025 if you are planning on moving out that evening. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Friday, December 05, 2025 at 2:00 PM. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by Friday, December 05, 2025 at 10:00 AM. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on the final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to re-route your freight onto another carrier. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by 2:00 PM on Friday, December 05. All carriers must check-in no later than 10:00 AM on Friday, December 05 to ensure all exhibitor materials are removed by the Exhibitor move-out deadline. In the event your selected carrier fails to show on final move-out day, Freeman reserves the right to reroute your freight onto another carrier.
